Internal Communication in Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam: Role and Influencing Factors

Abstract:
This study was conducted to explore the role of factors in the internal communication of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. Data were collected through surveys of employees working in private and state-owned enterprises. Survey data were processed and analyzed using SPSS software to test the proposed model. The results indicate that certain factors significantly influence internal communication within enterprises. Among these, Internal Culture has the strongest impact, followed by Feedback and Leadership style. Information Characteristics were demonstrated to have the weakest influence on the relationship with Internal Communication. Some implications and limitations drawn from the research findings are also provided.
