Author(s): Ta Duy Linh
Abstract:
Despite Vietnam laws already having a framework defining the obligations of the tourism business to the consumer, the concept and applicability of these legal provisions still need to be improved. Since the tourism business fails to comply with its obligations to consumers, laws' educational and forcible features are eroded. Based on the evaluation of the current law in Vietnam within the context of globalization, this research analyzes the fundamental rights of the consumer to provide some suggestions focusing on facilitating the application of tourism business obligation to secure the legal rights of tourism consumers.
