Abstract:
This article analyzes the luxury real estate market in the first-class urban area in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City. The branding process is considered to support the appropriate business strategy to enhance competitiveness in the real estate sector, which is always considered the most attractive and most potential investment channel for companies and individuals in Vietnam.
