This quantitative research investigates the Impact of Trimester to Grade 12 Students’ Productivity at Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. The study was conducted in response to the Department of Education’s adoption of the trimester calendar beginning SY 2026–2027, a reform aimed at improving curriculum pacing and instructional efficiency. Using structured questionnaires and statistical tools, the researchers examined how shorter academic terms and more frequent assessments influence students’ ability to manage workload, maintain focus, and balance academic responsibilities. Findings reveal that while the trimester system provides opportunities for continuous learning and improved time management, it also presents challenges such as heightened stress and potential burnout due to condensed schedules. The results highlight that productivity is shaped not only by academic habits but also by lifestyle factors, digital distractions, and students’ adaptability to rapid academic pacing. This study contributes to the broader discourse on educational reforms by offering insights into how calendar structures affect student performance, well-being, and resilience. Recommendations emphasize the need for supportive interventions, balanced workload distribution, and student-centered policies to sustain productivity under the trimester system.
