Transformative Leadership in Research: A Policy Guide for Research Accreditation and Publication

The study investigates transformative leadership in research as a policy guide for research accreditation and publication. Descriptive quantitative correlational research design is employed in the study where purposive sampling is utilized in the selection of the population size of the research process. The study consisted of thirty (30) respondents only, Results show that vision and inspiration encourages intellectual role model and individualized consideration to share understanding on the vision efficiently, show that intellectual stimulation inspires to develop in fostering an open environment and supportive research challenge approaches on novel ideas, shows that ethical conduct explores honesty, transparency, truthfulness, openness, and accountability for accuracy of research, show that empowerment and motivation recognizes individualized consideration to appreciate transformative leadership in research aspiration to empower commitment, show that collaboration and communication creates safe space and open communication and fosters transformational leaders, and show that impact and outcome enhances research for the ultimate goals for the research community.

On the other hand, the benefit increased research productivity shows to encourage researchers to push boundaries in promoting collaboration and impactful research, shows that improved research quality fosters the benefits of research quality culture in fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, shows that enhanced team morale and satisfaction inspires to transform leaders in compelling articulating motivation for shared goals in fostering connection, and shows that long-term sustainability in research enhances engagement of employee motivation through shared vision and purpose to inspire research engagement, dedication, and commitment.
