The Impact of the COVID -19 Evidence on the Employment of Non-Public Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:

The Covid-19 epidemic has seriously affected all aspects of Vietnam's economy in general and the labor market in particular, especially non-public preschool teachers. The Covid -19 epidemic continues, while other educational levels can convert to online teaching and learning, the preschool level is completely closed due to the characteristics of young people, care and education activities must be organized. Position at school. On the other hand, in the non-public preschool education system, where 100% of revenue and expenditure are based on tuition contributions from parents, students being absent from school for long periods of time causes schools to fall into a revenue crisis, causing great impact. To the lives of teachers in preschool educational establishments, especially non-public establishments. From late April to early May 2021, schools across Hanoi city were temporarily closed to prioritize epidemic prevention. This affects many teachers, especially preschool teachers in private schools. Many people have to put down chalkboards to find a job to make a living, even quit their jobs to go home to earn a living. Therefore, based on assessing the current situation of the impact of the Covid epidemic on the employment of non-public preschool teachers, the article offers solutions to improve this problem.
