Soul Theory and Dynamic Programming

(A) Soul theory says that the entire universe is filled with two kinds of particles: Prakriti and Purush. Both are tiniest, invisible, and eternally existent particles. Everything else of the universe, called objects of nature, is manufactured by one Purush particle and by using some Prakriti particles. All manmade objects are also objects of nature because they are made from the objects of nature. All objects occupy a part of the 3D space. Some objects can be detected by our five knowledge sensors: eyes, ears, nose, touch, and taste. But all objects can be detected only by the third eye vision, also called the divine vision.

(B) Numbers are false, because they are not objects of nature. False can never become true, no matter how well you manipulate them; like numbers in mathematics. Therefore any academic subject that uses mathematics, like probability theory, physics, and economics cannot become correct either. Truths cannot be understood, unless you understand the falsehoods also. Brightness cannot be realized unless you know the darkness. All truths are already known and they are all well documented. You must be a seeker to know the truths. Truths cannot be explained.

(C) Isolated environment is an assumption. Nothing is, and can be isolated. All objects in the universe are simultaneously and continuously interacting with each other. This makes the whole bigger than the parts. Destiny of the whole therefore is bigger than that of the parts also. You cannot build the whole by observing the parts. Dynamic Programming (DP) is designed for use in Sequential Multistage Systems (SMS). But SMS cannot exist in nature and not even in engineering. This is so, because they use the assumption of isolated environment. Therefore the foundation of DP, the optimality principle, cannot exist in nature; and therefore must be false too.

(D) Time is a very important factor of the universe. Destiny creates periodic activities over a long time called the Yuga periods. There are short periods like our heart rates. Then there are long periods like days and nights; and even longer periods of seasons, like summer, winters, etc. The longest period is when the entire universe becomes dark and then reappears, every 8.6 billions of years. All these True-False things happened because we did not try to understand the Soul Theory (ST), or we forgot about it, and therefore we do not realize that soul theory is the foundation of the universe. Matter only as objects, are nonexistent in the universe. Humanity has experienced, learnt, developed, and presented this ancient theory of Vedas in many different ways before. In this article we present another popular and powerful tool, the Dynamic Programming (DP), and establish its problems or falsity over this periodic context.

(E) Glaring examples of the failure of our modern science and engineering is the death of nine million people in our earth, in every year, because of poverty alone. Our houses burn down completely within two hours because of the wide spread devastating wild fire all over the earth, in every year. We should blame this to Kali Yuga, because we are living in an environment of only 25% truth. This feature of Yuga theory, a part of destiny, which is a part of the soul theory, is discussed in this article. Destiny is the highest level law of the universe. When you understand little bit of soul theory, you will realize that there is heaven and hell difference between the reality and the material only inert universe.

(F) Eternal recurrence always takes over. More than 300 years back Newton assumed isolated environment and created his first law of motion. These are like aperiodic events. And again, more than 100 years back from now, Einstein also assumed isolated environment and postulated the existence of inertial reference frame, which is nothing but Newton’s first law. Thus the optimality principle of Bellman, could not also avoid isolated environment, more than 60 years ago, as the foundation of DP. Like a straight line, no planned trajectory can be drawn in the universe against the destiny. A Nobel Laureate poet from India said, ‘you should not think that you have the power to control the destiny’ [Tagore, Bidhir bidhan]. This article is an attempt to clarify that idea of destiny.
