A Review about Angels and Aliens: Creations, Delusions or Artificial Intelligence?

This multidisciplinary review explores conceptual intersections between artificial intelligence, religious interpretation, and historical accounts of non-human intelligence. Humans and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have pattern recognition in common, although at vastly different levels. Highly competitive, sleep deprived engineers use mind altering substances to improve their pattern recognition. With this enhancement they produce ground breaking new AI technology under profit driven deadlines. Such sudden breakthroughs should alarm all of us. Public discourse has included statements by President Obama that aliens (literally “different”) exist, but he has not seen them [23]. Unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) are currently being declassified by President Trump [33]. Pope Francis said that he would welcome and baptise them. Coincidentally, the Vatican owns two of the largest observatories located in Rome and Arizona. Non Vatican researcher and translator, Biglino, published books [1] and videos [34] exploring significant Biblical mistranslations. Elohim (God) is actually plural for gods or supreme and mighty ones. This paper also introduces Swedenborg, a brilliant 18th century Swedish philosopher-scientist turned mystic who died 250 years ago. He visited the Beyond for almost 30 years while alive. Later he described and documented encounters with aliens and angels [11, 14, 27, 28]. According to him, they have the same celestial origins, but adapted in form to their current environments: earth; other planets; heaven or hell. We must therefore admit the possibility that if we are not the highest intelligences in the universe, some higher intelligence may have directed the process by which the human race was developed [16].
