Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in measuring employee performance at PT Ethos Kreatif Indonesia. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results indicate that KPIs play an important role as an objective and structured tool for measuring employee performance. The implementation of KPIs helps improve employees' work focus, discipline, and productivity. However, the effectiveness of KPIs largely depends on the relevance of the indicators to job characteristics and employees' understanding of the KPI system. Therefore, continuous evaluation and development of KPIs are necessary to ensure a more effective and comprehensive performance measurement system.
