Author(s): Nimisha Reddy Kolukuri
Abstract:
Conventional enterprise reporting systems provide valuable historical insights, but they are limited in supporting predictive and strategic decision-making. This study examines the transition from reporting-based analytics to AI-driven Decision Intelligence systems that combine artificial intelligence, machine learning, and human expertise. Using a pragmatist, simulation-based quantitative design, the study applies statistical assessment and machine learning modelling to evaluate factors influencing intelligent decision-making adoption. The results identify AI capability, organizational readiness, and human factors as key drivers of Decision Intelligence transformation. The proposed framework supports evidence-based, adaptive, and proactive decision-making for sustainable organizational growth.
