Strategic Management Through Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in the Organization

Abstract:

The study aims to investigate the strategic management through artificial intelligence and digital information in the organization.

Mixed-methods research design are used in analyzing the data. Likewise, stratified random sampling is utilized in the selection of the sample size to meet the target number of respondents. The study comprised sixty (60) respondents only.

Results show that artificial intelligence and digital transformation in strategic management in the organization among the respondents automates in revolutionizing the optimize and routine task, human resource, and business process system for the strategic management, show that the role of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in strategic management in the organization among the respondents presents an automated strategic management development tool on various aspects in the professional work of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, show that the impact of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in the strategic management organization among the respondents integrates all new opportunity, innovation, and efficiency to streamline the operation impact of automated mundane tasks of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in the improvement strategic management insights.

Findings show that there is a significant agreement on the artificial intelligence and digital transformation in strategic management in the organization as observed among the respondents.
