Abstract:
This article examines the current state of organizational management behavior in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam amid the ongoing transition to a market-oriented economy and the acceleration of digital transformation. Drawing on secondary data and comparative analysis of management models, the study identifies key characteristics of SME management, including simplified organizational structures, experience-based personnel management, unstandardized leadership practices, and limited adaptability to change. These limitations are largely attributed to the small scale of operations, constrained financial and human resources, and inadequate awareness of modern organizational practices. In response, the article proposes a set of strategic solutions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and resilience of organizational management behavior in Vietnamese SMEs.
