The Role of a Creative Leadership in Achieving Effectiveness Performance in Public Schools in Jordan Capital Governorate

Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the role of a creative leadership in achieving effectiveness performance in public schools in Jordan Capital Governorate. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was developed consisting of (30) items divided into three areas, to know the role of a creative leadership in achieving effectiveness performance in public schools in Capital Governorate, the sample of the study was (150) male and female teachers in the blue public schools, and to treat the data statistically, arithmetic means, standard deviations, were used. The (t-test) test was also used to find out the differences according to the variable of gender and educational qualification, and one way analysis of variance (ONE WAY ANOVA) was used to find out the differences according to the variable years of experience.

The results showed that the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of teachers’ ratings for the Fields of the measure of the role of a creative leadership in achieving effectiveness performance in public schools in Capital governorate were medium, Where it ranged between (2.66- 0.16), It came after a creative leadership and distinguished teachers in the first rank, followed by the second rank after a creative leadership and self-responsibility, After a creative leadership and practical application, it ranked third, The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the average estimates of faculty members in schools in the total degree of the measure of the role of entrepreneurial leadership in achieving effectiveness performance in public schools in Capital Governorate, Depending on gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.

The study recommended holding intensive training courses and advanced administrative training programs to develop entrepreneurial leadership skills, and implement them effectively, Supporting new ideas, whether from the a creative leadership or the distinguished teacher, with providing financially and morally rewarding incentives to the owners of the a creative ideas, Conducting a lot of research and studies on the topic of entrepreneurial leadership and its importance, to show the most prominent results, recommendations and proposals, and to implement it.
