Various Issues Concerning Career Orientation and Entrepreneurship among Students Majoring in Social Sciences and Humanities in the Digital Age: The Case of Several Universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

In the context of deep globalisation with the robust advance of science and technology, the issues connected to vocational guidance and entrepreneurship in the digital era have become an unavoidable trend. Based on theoretical frameworks regarding career orientation and entrepreneurship of university students in Vietnam, this study examines and analyses the current situation of career orientation and entrepreneurship of students studying in the field of social sciences and humanities at some universities in Ho Chi Minh City in the digital era. Building on the achieved results and existing challenges, the paper proposes solutions to effectively implement career orientation and entrepreneurship initiatives for students in the digital era, particularly for those majoring in social sciences and humanities.
