Improving the Efficiency of a Freight Forwarding Company by automating the logistician's workplace

The paper presents a specialized software product for automation of the logistician's workplace, which will improve the efficiency of road freight transportation. The system of databases that store information about users is designed. An application was developed to automate document flow in freight transportation, which will reduce the time to complete tasks, increase KPIs of all participants of the transportation process and improve the quality of customer service.
