The Management of Customer Care Activities at Coopmart Vietnam

Abstract:

In the business system, customers play a particularly important role in determining the success or failure of the business. When competition in the market becomes increasingly fierce, attracting and retaining customers is very difficult, customer relationship management is a very important thing that businesses need to do to have loyal customers. Today, many business owners are using CRM (customer relationship management) solutions. with the purpose of analyzing customer habits and needs on the basis of available data, managing campaigns and improving business efficiency. Although the economic situation continues to face many difficulties, Vietnam's retail market has been gradually expanding, with great potential in the future, especially the modern retail market. Attracts a lot of domestic and foreign investment capital and has a certain appeal to the people. In recent years, domestic and foreign retailers have developed rapidly, creating fierce competition in the market. In that context of fierce competition, Coop Mart supermarket will need to answer the question: "How to keep customers and let them use our products or services for a long time?"
