Assessment of Contaminated Leadership in Nurturing Talented Youth in Education Institutional in Morogoro Municipal, Tanzania

The study aims to assess contaminated leadership in nurturing talented youth in educational institutional in Morogoro municipal Tanzania. The study employed Talent Management Theory which highlights the role of leaders in nurturing talents. Mixed method were used to obtain data among five educational institutional whereas fifty five participants were sampled. The findings shown that; talented youth failed to excel because they are much affected in any leadership system. The study suggests that, Leadership practices should undergo comprehensive reforms to address the current deficiencies, enhancing communication skills and developing clear and supportive talent recognition programs. Also, the study recommended on implementing leadership training programs.
