Improved Business Operations due to Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in modernization and optimization of the whole economy. In the business micro scale, AI offers possibilities to boost the operations of companies, with particular emphasis on key areas: Control and accounting, production and logistics. Analysis of statistical data and case studies allowed for the identification of key success factors and potential barriers to the AI implementation in various sectors. Additionally, this study also shows challenges related to the AI, such as high implementation costs, the need to adapt employees and issues related to data security.
