Developing Small and Medium Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City

The article emphasizes the role of small and medium enterprises in economic development in Ho Chi Minh City, as this group accounts for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises, contributing greatly to GDP and creating millions of jobs. However, small and medium enterprises are facing many challenges such as difficulties in accessing capital, limited human resources, fierce competition and slow digital transformation. Proposed solutions include financial support, training to improve labor skills, promoting technology application, and enhancing business connectivity. Developing small and medium enterprises not only helps increase competitiveness but also promotes sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City's economy.
