Abstract:
This research study focuses on consumer behavior, analyzing purchasing power and customer satisfaction. Consumers play a crucial role in shaping the entire market. The study of consumer behavior begins with observation—understanding how consumers choose or eliminate products. These insights assist organizations in effectively launching products. Furthermore, digital channels significantly influence and reshape consumer choices and purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior is influenced by specific stimuli within a given setting, which act as antecedents to their actions. The purpose of this study is to provide a deeper understanding of contemporary consumer behavior and to emphasize the importance of developing strong, flexible, and effective marketing strategies. It also highlights the need for strategic planning to target and address specific market segments effectively.
