Protection and Fulfillment of the Rights of Women Victims of Sexual Violence

This paper discusses the efforts to protect the law and uphold the rights of women victims of sexual violence through various instrument including protection of victims of sexual violence in national legal instrument and international legal instruments. In addition, the human rights perpective of women as victims of sexual violence is discussed. The significance of this study is that women are a group that is highly vulnerable to moral crimes. Moral crimes or moral crimes include sexual harassment and sexual violence, which are violations of modesty and are not only a matter of domestic law of a country, but have now also become a matter of international law.
