Improve the Quality of Human Resources to Meets the Requirements of Digital Transformation in Vietnam

The fourth industrial revolution has opened up the trend of digital transformation in most countries around the world and Vietnam is also in that general trend. Digital transformation in the economy brings development opportunities for organizations and businesses, but at the same time requires adequate human resources with appropriate capabilities in the digital transformation process. The article aims to evaluate the current status of the quality of human resources in Vietnam during the digital transformation period and propose some solutions to improve the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of digital transformation in Vietnam.
