Quality Culture Research at the University of Labour and Social Affairs

In the trend of globalization and international integration, quality culture is increasingly important for the existence and development strategy of each universities. The quality culture in higher education institutions in Europe, the United States, and some countries in Asia with developed higher education systems has been studied and organized in many seminars, and this is also important content for Vietnam in improving the quality of education in general and higher education in particular. Research on quality culture will help higher education institutions have a suitable strategic development direction, clearly position quality and quality culture in the mission, vision, and development strategy; and have a system of quality policies, quality plans, shared values, tools, criteria, and appropriate quality assurance processes. The article applies the framework of evaluating the quality of universities using a value-based approach to study the evaluation of quality culture at the university of Labour and Social Affairs. Descriptive statistical results show that the quality culture of the university of Labour and Social Affairs is at a promising level. Therefore, there is a need for research to propose solutions to improve the quality culture of the university of Labour and Social Affairs to a new level.
