Student loans are a major initiative that many countries worldwide implement to financially support capable learners in pursuing their educational dreams. This not only ensures social welfare but also enhances the quality of human resources and boosts each country's economic development. Thus, student loans carry significant humanitarian value. However, depending on each country's circumstances, different policies, programs, and loan arrangements for students vary in terms of eligibility, procedures, content, and levels of support. This article explores the current state of student loan policies in Vietnam, highlighting the achieved results as well as the limitations encountered in implementing these policies.
