Managers' Participation in Budgets Affects Financial Performance: Research at Manufacturing Enterprises in Hanoi

Every manufacturing enterprise in Hanoi needs to make changes to adapt to global competition and move towards sustainable development. At that time, administrators need management tools to help them have more information to make appropriate decisions. One of the most widely used management tools is production and business estimates. In order for a business estimate to properly perform its role, it will also be affected by many factors, not the least of which is the level of participation of the administrator in the estimating process. The author collected data at 125 manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi and used SPSS software to determine the impact of managers' participation in the budgeting process on the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi. The results show that the level of participation of managers in the budgeting process has a positive impact on the financial performance of the enterprise.
