Comparative Evaluation of the Internal Social Capital of Plastic and Packaging Firms

This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the internal social capital of plastic and packaging firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces through survey results. The survey subjects are employees of plastic and packaging firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. We use both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Quantitative research methods were carried out with SPSS software, including independent T-tests and ANOVA. Research results show that there is no difference in assessing the internal social capital of plastic and packaging firms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces between different subjects in terms of gender, marital status, academic standards, job position, career seniority and age. Based on this result, the study proposes some recommendations for plastic and packaging firms and employees.
