The focus of this research is to find out if family economic condition, learning style, and learning environment affect the learning outcomes of the students in Noveleta Senior High School and craft a school program proposal that researchers construct from the results of this Study. Sixty (60) respondents from students of Noveleta Senior High School were selected to answer the survey conducted by the researchers, and ten (10) respondents were chosen to take part in the interview.
