The actual situation of building the organizational structure of FLC Group in Vietnam

The article presents the process of building the organizational structure of one of the class and potential corporations like FLC of Vietnam. From the presented organizational situation, a number of lessons learned and policy implications have been drawn in order to improve the organization and operation of the management apparatus for the following corporations.
