Analysis of the Level of Motivation among Civil Servants from the Urban/Rural Environment in Romania for a High-Performing Public Administration

The present study aims to analyze the level of motivation of civil servants in Romania, from the urban and rural environment, for a high-performing public administration. We will analyze Charles Handy's motivation calculation, which will be carried out in public institutions in Romania by applying a questionnaire that was distributed in electronic format. After analyzing the answers received, we will compare the results obtained with the performance score.
