The impact of CSR on organizational performance: Cases of SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City

This paper studies the impact of CSR on organizational performance in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. By clarifying the issues of the theoretical basis, the author has analyzed the practice, studied this impact through the mediating variables of organizational cohesion and creative behavior. Since then, the article has made implications for improving organizational performance through improving CSR-related work.
