With the current trend of economic development, the logistics and construction industries are considered as a trade bridge between businesses, participating in the provision of goods and services to consumers. It is also because of the expansion of the commodity exchange market that this industry has become an industry with high recruitment demand and is becoming a trend with many open career prospects chosen by many students. So, specifically, what are the challenges and limitations of teamwork in the management and operation of leading logistics enterprises and construction industry in Vietnam, which is the research topic of the article.
