B2C E-Commerce Service Quality Improvement in the Southeastern Provinces of Vietnam

Abstract:
Online commercial operations are rapidly expanding as a result of the proliferation of smartphones and the internet. Vietnam is also becoming more profoundly and broadly integrated with world trade. As the most dynamic economic region in Vietnam, the situation of the southeastern provinces also has many fluctuations. The Covid-19 epidemic in particular has amplified the impact of e-commerce. The economy would fall into slumber without e-commerce. Additionally, with one of the highest yearly growth rates in Vietnam, southeastern provinces' online retail sector is one of the most active. Consequently, the goal of this study is to raise the caliber of B2C e-commerce services in Vietnam southeastern provinces. 385 online shoppers from five of provinces' most popular e-commerce sites contributed the data. Research findings indicate: Customer satisfaction is positively impacted by eight B2C e-commerce quality parameters.
