In the quest for eco-friendly waste disposal, this study presents an innovative framework that merges the accuracy of Fast Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Fast R-CNN) for object localization with the reliability of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for categorization. The process initiates with Fast R-CNN, guaranteeing precise delineation of waste components, succeeded by a customized CNN architecture for accurate classification. This novel integration of Fast R-CNN and CNN seeks to enhance solid waste management, offering a streamlined and effective solution.
