Analyzing the process of brand building for resort real estates of Vinpearl Da Nang

In the period of the downturn of the economy due to Covid-19 pandemic, the branding of the tourism and real estate market in Da Nang is still ongoing due to it is one of the markets with an important position and role in Vietnam. The current economic situation has a direct relationship with the financial and monetary markets, the construction market, the building materials market, the labor market. These markets will make an important contribution to the process of promoting socio-economic development in Vietnam and abroad towards sustainable development of industrialization and modernization of the country. Currently, many resort real estate projects are actively investing to speed up the construction, completion and pre-opening activities to welcome visitors in the near future; especially the use of distribution system, global communication network in promoting and attracting international visitors back to Vietnam.
