Analysis of the effectiveness of sanctions for violators of health protocols during the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic in Banda Aceh Municipality

In order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in Banda Aceh Municipality, the Banda Aceh Municipality Government has issued Banda Aceh Mayor Regulation Number 45 of 2020, which was later amended by Banda Aceh Mayor Regulation Number 51 of 2020. Even with this regulation Business actors who violate health protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic may be subject to sanctions, but in practice this is less effective. So, it is necessary to conduct a study in the form of an analysis of the effectiveness of sanctions for business actors who violate health protocols during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic in Banda Aceh Municipality.
